1. Scope of Agreement

By registering for a course with the International Aesthetic Academic Institution (IAAI), participants agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this document. These terms govern all aspects of course registration, payment, refunds, cancellations, and participant responsibilities.

2. Payment Terms

  1. Deposit Payment: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total course fee is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
  2. Full Payment: The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before the course start date. Failure to complete payment by this deadline will result in cancellation of your registration without a refund of the deposit.
  3. Accepted Payment Method: Payments are accepted via credit card only. Transactions are processed securely through our trusted payment gateway.
  4. Payment Confirmation: A confirmation email and receipt will be sent once your payment is successfully processed.

3. Registration Requirements

  1. Participant Limit: Each course is limited to a maximum of 20 participants. Early registration is encouraged to secure your spot.
  2. Minimum Enrollment: A minimum of 10 participants is required for the course to proceed as scheduled. If fewer than 10 participants register, the course duration will be reduced by one day.
  3. Age Requirement: Participants must be at least 18 years of age to register for the course.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  1. Participant Cancellation:
    • Written cancellation requests submitted at least 20 days before the course start date are eligible for a refund of any amounts paid except for the non-refundable deposit.
    • Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable, and no payments will be returned.
  2. Course Cancellation:
    • The International Aesthetic Academic Institution (IAAI) reserves the right to cancel a course if the minimum number of participants is not met.
    • In such cases, participants will be notified promptly and will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit.
  3. Processing Refunds:
    • Approved refunds will be processed to the original credit card used for payment within 30 days.

5. Participant Responsibilities

  1. Attendance: Participants are required to attend all scheduled sessions.
  2. Conduct: Participants must behave professionally and respectfully towards instructors and peers. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the course without a refund.
  3. Health and Safety Compliance: Participants must adhere to all health and safety guidelines provided during the course.

6. Special Accommodations

Participants requiring special accommodations must notify the International Aesthetic Academic Institution (IAAI) in advance. Efforts will be made to ensure appropriate arrangements.

7. Liability Disclaimer

The International Aesthetic Academic Institution (IAAI) assumes no responsibility for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during participation in the course. Participants are advised to exercise appropriate caution and judgment.

8. Intellectual Property

All course materials provided by the International Aesthetic Academic Institution (IAAI) are protected by copyright and are for personal use only. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without prior written permission.

9. Changes to Terms

The International Aesthetic Academic Institution (IAAI) reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be communicated via email or posted on our website.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), specifically the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
